www.key2people.com |  |  Renzo Noceti started his career with responsibility for the development of the Human Resources Department in La Rinascente. He then took on his first role in the consultancy field where he was involved in personnel recruitment, management and training.
In 1994, Renzo was placed in charge of the personnel and organisation department at the Università Cattolica and in 1997 he became the Recruitment Manager who helped Deloitte Consulting establish itself in Italy. He then helped develop the firm and transform it in line with the expectations of this leading international consulting firm.
The extraordinary demand for people with IT skills, first, in relation to ERP systems and, then, to the field of e-business offered Renzo the chance to create a vast network of relationships across the main sectors of the economy.
Since 2000, Renzo Noceti has been exclusively involved in the field of executive search and is a partner of Key2people. Renzo Noceti lectures in business organisation at public and private universities in Italy. He speaks fluently the language of new economy.
