Chris was born in the United Kingdom but has worked more than 15 years in the Italian executive search market. With his partners, he has helped elevate Key2People to fifth place among the top revenue generators in the Italian search industry and to the first position among independent search firms in just five years.
Chris is the practice leader for financial services at Key2People, as well as a specialist in luxury goods and a generalist in MD searches, who has placed senior executives with leading companies in Italy, Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, China, the UK, Spain and Taiwan. Before launching Key2People with his current partners, he was a founder of MacCormick Hamilton International and the managing partner of its Italian office.
In addition to Italian and his native English, he speaks fluent French and Spanish.
Chris holds a degree in modern languages from the University of Salford, UK. He’s a Board member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Italy and, when time permits, he enjoys a game of golf...
