In May 2001, Francesco takes part in the formation of Key2people. In this initial period, he takes on numerous research projects for executive positions for various sectors: Industrial, Pharmaceutical, ICT, Consumer Goods, Professional Services, with a special focus on Finance and Legal.
Successively, he extends his experience to the HR function and as Project Leader, develops this area of specialism. Working closely with top management of multinational, medium sized and small emerging companies, he identifies strategic profiles close to the business. Key of which are: talent management, organisational development, compensation benefits management and Trade Union relations management.
Today Francesco is also part of the team for assessment projects.
