www.key2people.com |  |  Flaminia De Romanis, born in Rome but with a European and international cultural training (London, Brussels, New York), is a graduate in economics and commerce. Following experience in a management consultancy firm she achieved an MBA at SDA Bocconi.
She then continued her professional career in Omnitel Pronto Italia (now Vodafone) where she remained until 2002. She spent her first two years within the HR Department creating the organisation structure and designing the main corporate processes. In 1997 she moved to the Corporate Sales Department, to handle the development of the offering to corporate clients.
From 1998 she was responsible for Area Sales Planning and in 2001 she took charge of Global Accounts Offering and Planning.
In 2002 she returned to the business of academia, taking on the responsibility for developing relations with companies and for career coaching within the SDA Bocconi Masters Division.
As of 2005 she is part of they Key2people team as point of contact for the Rome office, now she is based in the Milan office and she deals mainly with the TLC sector practice.
Flaminia, a tireless swimmer, has three children and speaks French, English and German fluently. | | Colleagues
