Her first experience was at an executive recruiting boutique where she concentrated on searches in the consumer sector and also on assessment projects.
In 1995 she took part in the start-up of ConPar Consulting Partners, a company of the Tasa Group, where, as a Principal, she worked predominantly on Italian projects.
In 1997 she joined the Milan office of Russell Reynolds, in the Consumer Sector. Here she participated in the creation of the Branded Apparel & Dedicated Retail practice at an international level.
She worked on projects in Italy and elsewhere in Europe for both Italian and non-Italian clients. She also managed search projects for General Counsels and Corporate Communications positions.
Since 2007 she has been an Associate Partner of Key2People and Practice Leader for the Fashion & Luxury Goods sector.
At the beginning of her career, Paola Calderini served as a Lecturer in Industrial Psychology at the University of Trieste.
A graduate in Political Science with an Economics specialisation, Paola Calderini speaks fluent English. | | |
