Search Process
Stage I:
Company & Candidate Profile Definition
We conduct confidential discussions with the Client in order to attain a full comprehension of the company business, its short- and long-term strategy and corporate culture as well as candidate’s competencies and required experience. Based on the information that we get from the Client and our market expertise, we develop the Ideal Candidate Profile, a list of target companies and define a search strategy.
Stage II:
Candidates Identification & Evaluation
We identify and approach potential candidates within targeted organizations, interview them and evaluate against the position requirements. At a strategy review meeting with the Client, we present the candidates’ profiles/confidential appraisals. We share with our Client all the information that we obtained while conducting the search, for instance, salary levels, the market response etc.
Stage III:
Client Interviews, Selection of Finalist, Job Offer, Follow-up
We organize Client interviews with selected candidates. Slava Executive Search & Selection conducts in-depth reference check. We advise our Client on a compensation package for the final candidate and assist in negotiations. Within the guarantee period, we follow up with both the Client and the candidate, helping him/her to adapt to the new environment. |
