Slava / IIC Partners, OOO | Executive Search & Selection

SLAVA / IIC Partners was founded in 1991 as a private Russian company with a firm determination to succeed in Executive Search - a totally new business for Russia. The Company pioneered this sphere on the Russian market. SLAVA/IIC Partners greatly merited from the acquaintance with Mr. Tibor Veresh, who was Managing Partner of the Hungarian office of Korn/Ferry International at that time and supervised its business in Central and Eastern Europe.

We assisted Korn/Ferry in fulfilling assignments both in Russia and Ukraine. As a result of this cooperation we had a chance of getting profound knowledge from the world Executive Search leader. These were the years to appreciate the extent to which our business is interesting and complicated, the depth of knowledge it requires from the consultant, the rigidness of adherence to the highest ethical principles that stand guard in preventing the conflict of interest.
Starting from 1999 we have represented Friisberg & Partners (http://www.friisberg.com) in Russia and enjoyed membership in the International IIC Partners network.
The J. Friisberg & Partners group, founded in 1977, specializes in Executive Search and selection of top officials for business, non-profit and governmental organizations. With the extended experience in fulfilling international assignments all members of the group prove to be excellent professionals in the Executive Search.
The IIC Partners International Alliance (http://www.iicpartners.com) was founded in 1968 with the aim of providing executive search services at the international level. The Alliance members pledge to share the same ethical business principles. In the framework of the general executive search industry each company adapts its procedures according to the concrete market conditions on the territory of its operation.
According to the Executive Recruitment News Journal 2001, IIC Partners occupies the 8-th position in the world by the number of consultants and total revenue.
The success of the Alliance leans back on the following factors:
Links to partners worldwide; Profound understanding of the local market; Unchallenged quality of the provided services.
When making a decision about cooperation we are guided by the highest ethical standards that J. Friisberg & Partners and IIC Partners distinguish in and that are fully in line with our business principles.

In 2001 in cooperation with the European Business Club we conducted the survey "Competition between local and expatriate managers on the Russian Labor Market". According to the Career journal, which conducted an opinion poll of 255 biggest companies aiming to estimate the quality of services provided by the leading recruitment and Executive Search firms working in the Russian market, we have been ranked Number ONE among the latter. (Career, December 2002). 155 companies-respondents occupy positions on the Best Employer in Russia list. The respondents were such prominent international and Russian companies as Bristol-Myers-Squibb, British Petroleum, Cargill, Citibank, Coca-Cola, Ernst&Young, General Electric, General Motors, Japan Tobacco, Colgate Palmolive, Reebok, Sun Interbrew, Unilever, United Technologies, Wrigley, Aeroflot, LUKoil, Norilsky Nikel, Russian Aluminum, and others. The rating criteria included: the conformity of the placed candidate's competences to the requirements stated by the Client, the ability of the company to solve non-standard tasks, the timeliness of the assignment execution, the degree of cooperation with the Client (precision, flexibility, convenience). We are proud to declare that we have scored 10, 9, 9, 10 out of 10 maximum respectively and won a 100% recommendation for cooperation.
